I know inflation rates and the consumer price index may not be the most exciting topic for many people. However, there are some of us out there that follow this information and I thought I'd share my discovery of Rate Inflation with you..
Historical CPI and Inflation Rate Data
The site offers current and historical data on Inflation Rates and Consumer Price Index (CPI) numbers for the USA, Canada, and Australia. This makes it a great place to go to just check the current rates or go back in time to see what previous rates were at.

Along with the data, Rate Inflation also offers some background information on Inflation with articles that cover the meaning of inflation, the causes of inflation, etc.

The site also goes as far to offer weekly videos and articles (3rd party) on inflation and other economic discussions

Rate Inflation Features
What really makes Rate Inflation stand out from other sites is that it offers a mobile site and an RSS Feed. The Rate Inflation Mobile site allows you to check on current inflation rates and CPI value using your mobile device. It is great if you're on the go and just need to reference those numbers. Head over to to check it out.
